All moving well to have a good crop in next September 2016. Availabilities are good and we expect business as usual.
A little late to start in January 2016 and kind of shorter than expected it ended April 2016. Now all fresh packed mushrooms are canned and waiting to be labeled and shipped. New crop starts in December 2016 in the North of China.
Prices that were firm two weeks ago are longer firm due to the need to replant in the fields. Heavy rains destroyed the blooming and replanting is the option. Late crop and possible higher prices ahead. Next contracts are for September-January.
We received a report of abundance of Sardines, this is the result of the El Ñino currents and it is happening close to the shore.
